This plant is one of the most spectacular of all winter flowering shrubs. Naked arching stems are smothered from top to bottom with a myriad of small white flowers which last an incredibly long time when picked for a vase. During late autumn and early winter the tiny green leaves turn pink, copper and lemon. This foliage display lasts for many weeks. Needing a little supplementary irrigation during dry periods this Spiraea is best grown in full sun although it is happy enough growing in light shade. Best watered during dry spells. 90-150cm tall and wide.
