Strong tall stems are closely packed with flowers from late spring into summer. To thrive they need good deep soil, regular watering and planting in a sunny spot. They make spectacular cut flowers. We can only offer mixed colours as single colour strains are unavailable. If planted during autumn/winter these plants will flower the coming Spring.

When to sow: Year Round
Where to sow: In individual pots or in situ
Depth to sow:10mm
Aspect: Full sun
Soil: Moist well tilled soil
Spacing: 60-80cm apart 90cm tall
Directions: Give seed a light rub with sandpaper to help break dormancy. Sow one seed per individual 5cm or 7.5cm pot or direct sow into garden bed. Keep moist but not wet. Germination should take place within 2 to 3 weeks of sowing. When large enough, plant out into permanent position.
