An eye-catching winter-flowering bulb which will soon make a good patch in the garden. Plant in a sunny or semi-shaded, well-drained position – we have grown it almost at the base of an olive tree where it has self-seeded. The pale green and black silky flowers are held on 30cm tall stems. The reed-like foliage continues to grow after flowering, and then they prefer a dry summer dormancy. Rarely offered. 30cm x 10cm.
