Whilst this RHS Award of Garden Merit plant looks as though it would be happier in a conservatory than in the garden it is both hardy to the frosts of winter and the heat of summer. Making an evergreen shrub clothed with crinkled, dark green leaves itcarries many flowered heads of russet-orange, pouch-like flowers for months from late spring until autumn. ‘Kentish Hero’ grows happily in any sunny or lightly shaded spot as long as it gets extra irrigation during dry times. 40cm-50cm.
