A wonderful plant for a rock garden, the front of the border or a pot, the Mount Atlas Daisy makes tidy mats (Silberkissen translates to Silver Cushion) of grey-green, fern-like leaves. During spring and summer red buds open to perfectly formed white daisies. The back of the petals retains its red colouring and offers a lovely contrast with the white of the open flowers. This plant gained the RHS Award of Garden Merit. This award only given to plants of the highest rank.
