Excellent and bred for baby leaf production it can be sown the year round and is especially useful for Italian style autumn and winter vegetable dishes, but also for summer salads. Onyx is an improved Cavolo Nero type with darker green colour, erect growth habit with a definite savoy to the leaf.

Directions: Pick bunches of individual leaves from full size plants from autumn onwards. Cut baby leaf as required.
