Featured in our pear walk, and one of the loveliest of all the flowers in the garden, this outstanding cultivar makes metre tall stems topped by glistening pure white flowers from late summer until well into the autumn. Cut back all the way to the ground after flowering. 100cm x 70cm. Sun or light shade. While definitely not a plant for a dry garden, with irrigation or regular watering through the driest part of summer, it will flourish. Best planted in light shade or an area which gets morning sun and afternoon shade. It is hard to imagine autumn at Lambley without this plant.
