This fine Chinese Artemisia is totally different to all others in the genus. It has green leaves, not grey, and is grown as much for its white flowers as for its handsome fern-like foliage. The Royal Horticultural Society granted it its highest accolade, an Award of Garden Merit. This award is only given to outstanding plants. The tall plumes of white flowers, produced during summer, are useful for cutting as well as for garden display. Best given a position, in full sun or light shade, which is well nurtured and well watered during dry periods. Height 1-1.5 metres width 0.5-1 metre.
