Dahlia ‘Yellow Quartz’

‘Yellow Quartz’ isn’t yellow at all but a delicious creamy lime-yellow. It is a medium to large semi-cactus type with full centres and less likely to suffer petal damage than other varieties of the same colour. Height 140-160cm width 80-100cm.

These New Dahlia varieties have been bred for commercial cut flower production, with long lasting, heavily textured flowers produced on very long and very strong stems. When cut they last much longer in the vase than most other varieties. These highly productive selections are just as easily grown as any other Dahlia. They will flower from mid to late summer onwards if planted in the garden in the next few weeks. Best grown in full sun in well prepared soil. Supplied as strong well rooted plants in 10cm pots.
