Tulbaghia ‘Milky Way’ is a tough, clumping evergreen perennial featuring fine, grass-like foliage and clusters of delicate, star-shaped, pale amethyst-white flowers. Blooming from spring through to winter, it grows around 40cm tall by 60cm wide. Happiest in a sunny spot in the garden. Both the leaves and flowers are edible (used as a chive or garlic substitute), and the aromatic foliage is known to help deter pests in the garden. Can be cut back to the ground to bring on fresh foliage when it needs rejuvenation. 10cm pots.
