Sedum cauticola ‘Lidakense’
This native of Japan makes low mounds of purple edged blue-grey succulent leaves. During summer it carries large heads of pale pink stars which turn to carmine as the season progresses. Best grown in a well drained sunny spot it is well suited to the rock garden or the front of a border. Height 10-15cm width 30-40cm. Sedum cauticola ‘Lidakense’ was given the highest of all accolades by the Royal Horticultural Society, an Award of Garden Merit.
