Penstemon ‘Serrulatus’
This native of coastal areas in the Pacific north-west this Penstemon has broad evergreen foliage and purple to purple-blue flowers which are “produced in terminal whorled raceme”. This species is not as drought tolerant as other Penstemon and needs moist soil to do well. Best grown in full sun it will reach 50cm-70cm tall with a width of 60cm.
