Parsley Curly Leafed ‘Starlett’ (Petroselinum crispum)
A terrific moss leaved, curly parsley, neat and dwarf enough to grow in a pot and vigorous enough for the garden. Quick to mature ‘Starlett’ has dark green densely filled foliage on strong stems. I plant seed for this parsley on bottom heat early in the spring and outside in the garden after mid-November. Germination is up to a month so be patient. All parsley varieties will sometime bolt if seed is planted in soil which is too cold.
