Jasminum azoricum
Long cultivated in the glass houses of Holland and England this beautiful, evergreen, starry-white-flowered, lemon-fragrant Jasmine is happy outside even in my frosty garden. It is also happy growing in coastal districts even close to the sea. A joy during its late spring, summer and autumn flowering times, it needs little attention except a little tidy up during winter. It can be grown as a shrub or a climber and is happy in a sunny or lightly shaded position inland or on the coast. 180 x 180cm. Jasminum azoricum is much more beautiful than the more common J. polyanthum and is rarely available because it is quite difficult to propagate.
