‘Annabelle’ is the finest of all of the Hydrangea arborescens forms and much sought after. It will typically sell out within weeks if not days. It has a long season producing enormous heads of flowers which are green in bud, changing to white as the season progresses and ageing to green during autumn. Easy to manage as it will flower on current season’s wood and should be cut down to 50cm during winter. Best grown in light shade and protected from hot winds. ‘Annabelle’ will grow up to 150cm tall by as much across.
