This Lambley introduction is one of the finest variegated Euphorbias available and is grown throughout the gardening world. ‘Ascot Rainbow’ has soft gold and blue-green leaves with red and pink tonings during cold weather. During spring and early summer gold and green variegated red eyed flowers are carried on strong stems held well above the foliage. It will grow happily in sun or light shade, and tolerates dryness. 90cm x 90cm. Euphorbia ‘Ascot Rainbow’ has won many awards in Europe and the USA including the Royal Horticultural Society’s highest honour an Award of Garden Merit. It was illustrated on the front cover of the Kew Botanic Gardens magazine The Garden.
Please take care when handling euphorbias as their sap is very caustic. Protective gear such as glasses, gloves and long sleeves should be worn.
