The pure white and green flower bracts, carried on 60cm to 80 cm tall stems, make a great cut flower. Take care with this plant as the sap can cause rashes so wear glasses, gloves and long sleeves when handling it.
When to sow: Late winter until late spring
Where to sow: Early plantings Sow in seed trays or pots indoors during late winter, transplant when frost danger is over.
Late plantings can be made in the permanent position in the garden
Aspect: Full sun or as sunny a spot as possible.
Soil: Prepared, well drained, fertilised soil. Add lime if soil is too acid.
Spacing: Between plants: 40-50cm
