Euphorbia amygdaloides ssp. robbiae x martinii ‘Firecracker’
For a while this was a mystery plant in the Lambley garden having spontaneously self-sown in an area far from where its parents were growing. It makes a gently suckering shrub some 50cm tall with stems clothed with very dark green leaves and during late winter and spring topped by showy heads of lime green flowers with red centres. A terrific new plant which should prove to be happy in any well drained spot in sun or shade.
