Clematis florida ‘Taiga’
‘Taiga’ represents some of the best new clematis breeding we have seen. It produces fully double, lime-tipped, purple-mauve flowers for an exceptionally long period from late November until April. Like other C. florida varieties it is moderately vigorous in growth at 2 to 3 metres tall. Besides making a great plant to cover a fence or trellis or clamber through trees and climbing roses ‘Taiga’ will perform well in a large container with regular watering and a seasonal feed.
