During spring the large light mauve-blue flowers are fully double made up with layer on layer of tepals. After this first flowering is over a light trim is in order and then later in the season more flowers will be produced but this time single. As the double flowers are quite heavy the vine should be tied into strong supports. Height 1.50-2 mete width 1-1.5 metres.
