Mini green stemmed pak choi featuring a uniform size and classic shape. Dark green, elongated leaf shape with upright stems and a compact plant habit. Presenting beautifully when bunched and attractive in the garden.
When to sow: August to March
Where to sow: Direct into prepared garden bed
Depth to sow: 5mm. Aspect: Full sun or as sunny a spot as possible.
Soil: Prepared, well drained, fertilised soil. Add lime if soil is too acid.
Spacing: Between plants 5cm, Between rows 20cm
Directions: Pak Choi is best sown in a drill into prepared beds in the garden. As our seed has a high germination rate, plant 1 seed 5mm deep 5cm apart in rows 20cm apart. All our varieties are slow bolting and can be planted most of the year round. Harvest them from small to full size.
