Salvia greggii ‘Raspberry Royale’
One of the best of this group, ‘Raspberry Royale’ has grown happily in the same spot in our double borders for thirty years. It makes makes a small, twiggy shrub which is covered in rich dark cerise-pink flowers from spring through to late autumn. It is drought tolerant and easy to maintain. We tidy it up a bit during winter by cutting back to about 30cm. Salvia ‘Raspberry Royal’ needs the sun to flower well. 50cm x 40cm. Hardy to -5C.
