Lettuce, Salanova® Knox™ ‘Exanimo’ (Lactuca sativa)
Exanimo includes the natural Knox™ trait, developed by Rijk Zwaan, which greatly delays browning of cut edges. The lettuce can be returned to the fridge and used for successive salads over several days. Exanimo produces shiny green, deeply incised leaves and attractive frill with a satisfying taste.
