Browallia americana ‘Blue Lady’
This easily grown annual has long been a star in the late Dame Elisabeth Murdoch’s garden at Cruden Farm. Clear blue flowers each with a cream eye are carried for most of summer and autumn on 60cm tall stems. Sow seed in situ in spring thinning to 20-30cm. ‘Blue Lady’ will happily self-sow.

Depth to sow: 1/2cm or sprinkle seed on the bed
Aspect: Full sun or light shade
Soil: Prepared, well drained, fertilised soil. Spacing: Between plants 20-30 cm
Directions: Once settled in the garden ‘Blue Lady’ will self sow and make a terrific display every year.
