Mini green stemmed pak choi featuring a uniform size and classic shape. Dark green, . elongated leaf shape with upright stems and a compact plant habit. Presenting beautifully when bunched and attractive in the garden.
When to sow: August to March
Where to sow: Direct into prepared garden bed
Depth to sow: 5mm. Aspect: Full sun or as sunny a spot as possible.
Soil: Prepared, well drained, fertilised soil. Add lime if soil is too acid.
Spacing: Between plants 5cm, Between rows 20cm
Directions: Bok Choi is best sown in a drill into prepared beds in the garden. As our seed has a high germination rate, plant 1 seed 5mm deep 5cm apart in rows 20cm apart. All our varieties are slow bolting and can be most of the year round. Harvest them from small to full size.
