Turnip 'Hakurei' F1 (White Globe)
Flat-round, smooth, white roots mature early and set the standard for flavour. They are ready to pick just after radishes, and are best harvested when they are young, up to 50mm diameter. Eaten raw, the flavor is sweet and fruity, and the texture is crisp and tender. Hakurei stays smooth as it reaches size.
