Asian Greens, Shungiku
Aromatic edible chrysanthemum greens. Cut when 10-15cm tall for a flavousome addition to salads, pickles and sushi. Can be stir fried too. Sow seeds 1/2cm deep in 12cm wide bands about 80 seeds per 30cm. we are offering a fine leaf strain. Plant from August until April.

Where to sow: Sow thinly in a 10cm wide band 80 seeds per 30cm
Depth to sow: 5mm
Aspect: Full sun or as sunny a spot as possible.
Soil: Prepared, well drained, fertilised soil. Add lime if soil is too acid.
Spacing: 10cm wide band 80 seeds per 30cm
30cm between rows
Directions: Harvest when leaves are 10cm tall.
