Day lilies which repeat flower are a mainstay of many a herbaceous border. ‘Bettylen’ “boasts a profusion” of has deep Burgundy red, green-throated flowers, each petal with “white, toothy edges”. Each flower is around 14cm across and first blooms appear in early summer. It reblooms very reliably. Divide and replant day lilies every 3 or 4 years. Tough and sun loving with just the occasional soak with the hose required in the hottest part of summer. 55cm x 50cm.
