Hydrangea macrophylla ‘Madame Emile Mouillere’
Raised in France more than a hundred years ago ‘Madame Emile Mouillere’is one of the best white flowered Hydrangeas producing large mop heads of white serrated petalled flowers which, if grown in full sun, are tinged pink. Growing to 1.80 metres tall by as much across it blooms for a very long period from early summer until winter by which time the flowers have lovely green and autumn tints. Best grown in light shade but happy enough in a sunny spot as the soil is kept moist.
