Baby Leaf, Spinach ‘Acadia’ F1 (Spinacia oleracea)

Slow-growing summer variety that resists bolting. A babyleaf spinach with a dark green, glossy and lightly savoyed leaf. Slow maturing variety so picks over a long period as babyleaf and suitable for warm weather. It has good resistance to Downy Mildew (Pe) so excellent for more humid regions.
    
 
When to sow: Early August to September through to March and the start of AprilWhere to sow: Sow in a well prepared garden bedDepth to sow: 5mmAspect:  Full sun or as sunny a spot as possible.Soil:  Prepared, well drained, fertilised soil. Add   lime if soil is too acid.Spacing: Between plants: Use thinnings as baby leaf; Between rows: 30-40cm      
 
Directions:  Plant seed direct in drills in the garden.
