Echeveria ‘Afterglow’

This beautiful hybrid succulent, raised by Don Worth in northern California. We have it to sell by the magic of tissue culture. “…. it forms large rosettes of hot pink edged leaves that emerge grey=green and flush pink and purple when exposed to bright sunlight. The rosettes grow on a short stout stem and reach a diameter of 40cm. during the summer months the rosettes produce branched stalks with bell shaped, coral-colored flowers that open in slow succession for a long lasting-display.” Quoted from The World of Succulents web page. Hardy to -4C ‘Afterglow’ is best grown in a sunny spot. If grown in a pot give the plant a good soak and then let it dry out before watering again. If the pot sits in a saucer be sure to empty it of excess water.
