Poppy, Shirley Poppy ‘Supreme’ (Papaver rhoeas)
Bicolour pink, cherry and tangerine shades with white centres. A wonderful new imported mix of semi-double and double mix of picotees and bicolours. These poppies germinate very easily but they must be surface planted and kept moist for at least 14 days for success.
When to sow: Late autumn, winter and early spring
Where to sow: Scatter seeds onto surface
Depth to sow: Surface sow
Aspect: Full sun or as sunny a spot as possible.
Soil: Prepared, well drained, fertilised soil.
Spacing: Between plants: 10-40cm
Directions: Easily grown from seed scattered onto the garden. Will reseed every year if ripe seed is allowed to drop.
