Zinnia elegans ‘Zesty Pink’ (TM)

Zinnia elegans ‘Zesty Pink’ (TM)

Outstanding new cultivars

Superior breeding work has created the Zesty series which has quickly become a market leader. 'Zesty Pink' TM features fully double flowers with improved garden vigour. The effect is impressive especially when grown in a massed border. Summer and autumn flowering with good height to 45 - 60cm in full sun. Displays are huge and vibrant all season long once flowering commences. Impressive in containers, mixed combinations and borders. 'Zesty Pink' is a richer pink shade with more purple/rose tones than some other breeding.

When to sow: November-December
Where to sow: Direct in a prepared garden bed when the weather warms up.

Soil:  Prepared, well drained, fertilised soil. Add lime if soil is too acid.

Directions:  Zinnias must be direct seeded into the garden. Plant 3 seeds per station when the weather warms up (mid-November here at Lambley) in well-drained soil in a sunny spot.
