Wolf’s Lilac
A large vigorous shrub which is happy in all but the very poorest soils and which is quite tolerant to drought when once established. A native of Korea and Manchuria it has been cultivated in western gardens for at least a century. Blooming during the second half of spring it produces very large panicles of fragrant lilac-pink flowers. Happy in sun or a little light shade. 5 metres by 4 metres.
