Honeywort with its beautiful silver foliage and dangling purple bells is a favourite of all who grow it. It will happily self sow in the garden. Sow seed in situ during winter and spring. 50 cm x 40 cm
When to sow: Winter to spring
Where to sow: Direct sow
Depth to sow: 3 to 5mm
Aspect: Full sun or as sunny a spot as possible.
Soil: Prepared, well drained, fertilised soil. Add lime if soil is too acid.
Spacing: Between plants: 30c to 50m
Directions: Best sown directly into a prepared garden bed but can be sown into individual pots for planting out when big enough
