Bergenia cordifolia ‘Shoeshine Rose’
This new strain of Bergenia carries large heads of pendent magenta bells during spring. The evergreen foliage clumps are particularly handsome with large glossy green leaves which turn bronze during the cooler months in those gardens lucky enough to have cold winters. ‘Shoeshine Rose’ is best grown in light to full shade in a bed that gets a little extra water during dry spells. Height 30cm width a little more.
