Asian Greens, Premium Greens Mix
A beautiful looking mix of different leaf shapes and colours with an equally diverse range of flavours from mildly spicy to slightly sweet. This mix includes red mustard, green mustard, Chinese cabbage, bok choi and tatsoi. Sow from early August until late April. 21 days to maturity.
When to sow: Early spring until April
Where to sow: Sow thinly in a 10cm wide band 10 seeds per 5cm
Depth to sow: 5mm
Aspect: Full sun or as sunny a spot as possible.
Soil: Prepared, well drained, fertilised soil. Add lime if soil is too acid.
Spacing: 10cm wide band 10 seeds per 5cm; 30cm between rows
Directions: Harvest when leaves are from 10cm tall.
