Mini Bok Choi for Cool Seasons

Toddler has white stems and dark green leaves. Great for winter production as well as summer and autumn. Direct sow 5mm deep, 2cm apart.                                                                                                                

When to sow: August to May

Where to sow: Direct into prepared garden bed

Depth to sow: 5mm.  Aspect: Full sun or as sunny a spot as possible.

Soil: Prepared, well drained, fertilised soil. Add lime if soil is too acid.

Spacing: Between plants 5cm, Between rows 20cm

Directions: Bok Choi is best sown in a drill into prepared beds in the garden. As our seed has a high germination rate, plant 1 seed 5mm deep 5cm apart in rows 20cm apart.  All our varieties are slow bolting and can be most of the year round. Harvest them from small to full size.
