Helenium autumnale ‘Zimbelstern’

Over the past 20 years or so German breeders have been selecting Heleniums that flower for a long time, good strong colours and, most importantly self-supporting stems. Helenium ‘Zimbelstern’ is one of the best examples of this work. It has large heads of yellow flowers slightly and faintly streaked red. Reasonable soil and full sun suit it. It needs some summer irrigation.125cm x 60cm.
