Geraneacea
Geranium ‘Khan’
‘Kahn’ is a terrific Geranium discovered growing in the Wisley gardens of the Royal Horticultural Society in the mid-1990s. It looks like a giant G. sanguineum and is as easy to grow as the species. Very large, brilliant purple-pink flowers are produced on mounds of dark green cut leaves from spring until frosts. Best grown in a sunny or lightly shaded spot, ‘Khan’ does well with very little supplementary irrigation. Makes a tidy plant some 40cm tall by 50cm wide.
