Postage costs for plant orders are $9.50 Flat Rate.

Secure on-line payment can be made through our shopping cart with a credit card without opening a PayPal account. Paypal transactions are also available. Phone orders are welcome from 9 to 5 weekdays. Orders may also be placed via fax, email or via the post.

We do not ship plants to WA or NT.

Bulbs are sent from the middle of February onwards to the end of April.

All of our plants are offered in a 10cm diameter pot unless otherwise indicated. Plants grown here are frost hardy unless stated otherwise. They may be evergreen or deciduous, or herbaceous and overwintered by being cut back to near ground level.

Please note that during the cooler months perennial plants may be sent in a dormant state. Plant as you would normally with a good soak at planting time. Further watering through spring will only be required if the soil becomes parched. The plant will send up new growth without further attention as soon as the weather warms up .

Tasmanian orders may incur slightly longer delays of up to a week due to the import requirements. During the hottest part of summer delays may be experienced for orders to all destinations when the temperature is in the high 30s.

We guarantee to replace plants speedily if they do not arrive in good condition. However, please notify us within 24 hours of their arrival if you have any concerns at all as we can't provide replacements beyond this time.

In the event that we cannot fill an order a refund will be issued for prepaid orders. Alternatively, please indicate a preference for substitute choices.
